This November 29, 2007, hearing in Montreal, Que., includes briefs and testimonials from Xixi Li (Service à la famille chinoise du Grand Montréal), Alfred Lukhanda (Communauté Catholique Congolaise de Montréal), Élaheh Chokrai (Association des femmes iraniennes de Montréal), and also from various citizens speaking as individuals.
