Inquiries on CPAC - CRTC Hearing on the CTF Task Force Report


In February 2007, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) established a task force to examine the funding and administration of the Canadian Television Fund (CTF). The task force issued its final report in June 2007. In a series of hearings, the CRTC considers the public response to the task force’s recommendations.

In this February 5, 2008, session in Gatineau, Que., representatives from Rogers Communications Inc. address recommendations outlined in the Task Force report. Presentations are heard from Phil Lind (vice-chairman of Rogers Communications Inc.), Ken Engelhart (vice-president of regulatory for Rogers Communications Inc.), and Colette Watson (vice-president of Rogers Television), among others.
