Commission of Inquiry into the Investigation of the Bombing of Air India Flight 182

Commission Counsel Mark J. Freiman enters a series of documents into evidence and Barney Brucker (Counsel for the Attorney General of Canada) addresses the Commission on a procedural matter. The Commission proceeds to hear closing arguments. Arguments are presented by Jacques Shore (Counsel for the Air India Victims’ Families Association), Norman Boxall (Counsel for the Air India Victims’ Families Association), Raj Anand (Counsel for Lata Pada and other victims’ relatives), Richard P. Quance (Counsel for the Family Members of the Crew Member Victims of Air India Flight 182 and Indian Nationals), Mr. Brucker, and Mr. Freiman. Commissioner John C. Major notes the lack of submissions by Ripudaman Singh Malik despite Mr. Malik’s having been granted limited intervenor status before the Commission.
