Commission of Inquiry into Certain Allegations Respecting Business and Financial Dealings Between Karlheinz Schreiber and the Right Honourable Brian Mulroney

The Commission hears an application by Mr. Mulroney seeking the postponement of hearings to allow additional preparation time. Following a submission by Guy Pratte (Counsel for Mr. Mulroney), there are further submissions on the application by Paul Vickery (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada), Richard Auger (Counsel for Mr. Schreiber), and Lead Commission Counsel Richard Wolson. The Commissioner issues a ruling dismissing the application.
