Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by former Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.

The witnesses for the morning session on September 25, 2012 were RCMP Corporals Linda Féquière and Vinicio Sebastiano.
