Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - October 29, 2012 Part 2

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.

The witnesses for the afternoon session on October 29, 2012 were Elio Pagliarulo, former owner of Pâtisseries Pagel and Martin Dumont, former political organizer for the Union Montréal.
