Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - January 24, 2013 - Part 1


Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. This public inquiry was established in November 2011 by then Quebec Premier Jean Charest to address allegations of corruption and collusion in Quebec's construction industry and political party financing.

The witness for the morning session on January 24, 2013 was Martin Dumont (former political organizer, Union Montréal).
