Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - February 18, 2013 - Part 2

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. This public inquiry was established in November 2011 by then Quebec Premier Jean Charest to address allegations of corruption and collusion in Quebec's construction industry and political party financing.

The witnesses for the afternoon session on February 18, 2013 were Giuseppe Borsellino (President, Construction Garnier Ltd.) and Nicolo Milioto (Former President, Mivela Construction Inc.).
