Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - February 27, 2013 - Part 2


Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. This public inquiry was established in November 2011 by then Quebec Premier Jean Charest to address allegations of corruption and collusion in Quebec's construction industry and political party financing.

The witnesses for the afternoon session on February 27, 2013 were Robert Marcil (Former Director, Public Works Department of the City of Montreal) and Serge Pourreaux (Director of Procurement for the City of Montreal from 2003 to 2006).
