Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - February 28, 2013 - Part 1


Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. This public inquiry was established in November 2011 by then Quebec Premier Jean Charest to address allegations of corruption and collusion in Quebec's construction industry and political party financing.

The witnesses for the morning session on February 28, 2013 were Serge Pourreaux (Director of Procurement for Montreal from 2003 to 2006) and Claude Léger (City Manager for the City of Montreal from 2006 to 2009).
