Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - March 18, 2013 - Part 1

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. This public inquiry was established in November 2011 by then Quebec Premier Jean Charest to address allegations of corruption and collusion in Quebec's construction industry and political party financing.

The witness for the morning session on March 18, 2013 was Yves Cadotte (Senior V.-P. and General Manager of SND-Lavalin inc.'s Transport, Infrastructure and Buildings Division).
