Commission Charbonneau – May 23, 2013 (Part 1 of 2)

The commission hears testimony by Marc Gendron (a retired former engineer) and Gilles Théberge (a former Sintra employee and former consultant for Valmont Nadon).

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec’s construction industry. This public inquiry was established in November 2011 by then Quebec Premier Jean Charest to address allegations of corruption and collusion in Quebec’s construction industry and political party financing.
