Commission Charbonneau – September 3, 2013 (Part 2 of 2)

The commission hears testimony from Marc-André Gélinas (general manager for the Outaouais Region, AECOM) and Patrice Mathieu (former VP, Urban Engineering & Transportation, Eastern Quebec, AECOM).

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec’s construction industry. This public inquiry was established in November 2011 by then Quebec Premier Jean Charest to address allegations of corruption and collusion in Quebec’s construction industry and political party financing.
