Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - September 30, 2013 (Part 1 of 2)

The commission hears testimony from Stéphanie Bérard (former deputy executive director, Association des entrepreneurs en maçonnerie du Québec) and Ken Pereira (former director, Local 1981, FTQ construction, industrial mechanic).

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.
