Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - October 17, 2013 (Part 1 of 2)

The commission hears testimony from Benoit Ringuette (Former shareholder and co-founder of Énergie Carboneutre) and André Antoine (Analyst, Montreal regional branch, Quebec ministry of
sustainable development, environment, wildlife and parks).

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.
