Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - May 6, 2014 (Part 1 of 2)

The commission hears testimony from Gilles Roussy (former assistant to the deputy minister, Transport Quebec).

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry.
