Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - May 15, 2014 (Part 1 of 2)

The commission hears testimony from Julie Boulet (MNA for Laviolette (Que.) and former transport minister), André Noël (investigator for the Inquiry) and Éric Desaulniers (analyst and investigator for the Inquiry).

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.
