Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - June 9, 2014 (Part 1 of 2)
The commission hears testimony from Ernest Murray (former political aide who was in charge of the riding offices of Pauline Marois and Rosaire Bertrand) and Christian Côté (former urban planner with Plania (Dessau).
Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.
