Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - June 10, 2014 (Part 1 of 2)

The commission hears testimony from Pierre Bibeau (senior vice-president, Corporate and Public Affairs, Loto-Quebec).

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.
