Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - September 16, 2014 (Part 2 of 2)

The commission hears testimony by Robert Lafrenière (Commissioner, Permanent Anti-Corruption Unit) and Jacques Beaupré (Director, Prevention and Communications, Permanent Anti-Corruption Unit).

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.
