Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - October 16, 2014 (Part 1 of 2)

The commission hears testimony by Michel Gagnon and Robert Bouchard (Association professionnelle des ingénieurs du gouvernement du Québec), Denis Bolduc and Pierre-Guy Sylvestre (Quebec division of the Canadian Union of Public Employees), Lucie Martineau and Louis-Joseph Saucier (Syndicat de la fonction publique et parapubliques du Québec), and Richard Perron and Pierre Riopel (Syndicat de provessionnelles et professionnels du gouvernement du Québec).
