Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - October 16, 2014 (Part 2 of 2)

The commission hears testimony by André Dugal and Daniel McMahon (Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants), and François Émond (Canadian Public Procurement Council).

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.
