Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - November 11, 2014 (Part 2 of 2)

The commission hears presentations by Pierre Hamel (Association de la construction du Québec) and André Dumais (Conseil provincial des métiers de la construction (International).

Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.
