Inquiries on CPAC - Commission Charbonneau - October 17, 2014 (Part 2 of 2)
The commission hears testimony by Pierre Craig and Brian Myles (Fédération professionnelle des journalistes du Québec), Yves-Thomas Dorval and Guy-François Lamy (Conseil du patronat du Québec), and Jean Fortier (Comité de défense des contribuables).
Justice France Charbonneau presides over the commission established by Quebec Premier Jean Charest to examine the awarding and management of public contracts in Quebec's construction industry. Charest announced the creation of this inquiry in November 2011 to address allegations of corruption and collusion in the Quebec construction industry and political party financing.
