Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

Witnesses: Guillaume Vadeboncoeur, Steven Whitla

The Commission hears testimony from Guillaume Vadeboncoeur and Steven Whitla, forensic accountants with Kroll Lindquist Avey. Under examination by Charlotte Kanya-Forstner (Counsel for the Commission), the witnesses describe an October 2002 investigation of sponsorship contracts. There are brief cross-examinations by Richard Auger (Counsel for Charles Guité) and Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada).
