Witness: Dominique Francoeur

Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer conducts direct examination of Dominique Francoeur (former Director General of the Executive Secretariat, Public Works and Government Services Canada). Ms. Francoeur describes attempts to limit the release of information following a journalist’s request for information about the sponsorship program in 2000. There are short cross-examinations by Pierre Fournier (Counsel for Alfonso Gagliano) and Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada).
