Witness: Richard Neville

Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer concludes direct examination of Richard Neville (former Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services, Department of Public Works and Government Services). Pierre Fournier (Counsel for Alfonso Gagliano) cross-examines Mr. Neville on the drafting of guidelines for the awarding of advertising contracts. There is a brief cross-examination by Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) and Mr. Cournoyer conducts a brief re-examination.
