Witness: Michelle D’Auray

Commission Counsel Bernard Roy concludes examination of Michelle D’Auray (former member of the Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat of the Privy Council Office). Ms. D’Auray describes her role in government advertising activities relating to the 1995 referendum on Quebec sovereignty, including correspondence with communications agencies BCP and Groupe Everest. Guy Pratte (Counsel for Jean Pelletier) conducts a brief cross-examination.
