The Commission of Inquiry into the Actions of Canadian Officials in Relation to Maher Arar

The day is devoted to submissions on procedural questions. Submissions are made on the role of the amicus curiae at the inquiry; Ronald G. Atkey (Amicus Curiae), Marlys Edwardh (Counsel for Mr. Arar), Riad Saloojee (for the Canadian Council on American-Islamic Relations), and Barbara A. McIsaac (for the Attorney General of Canada) speak. Ms. Edwardh introduces a motion concerning a received document and Ms. McIsaac responds.
