Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

Witness: Warren Kinsella

The Commission continues to hear testimony from Warren Kinsella (the former chief of staff of David Dingwall, the former Public Works minister). Under direct examination by Commission Counsel Neil Finkelstein, Mr. Kinsella speaks about his relationship with Charles Guité and about the selection of agencies for a 1994 advertising campaign for Canada Savings Bonds. Clayton Ruby (Counsel for Mr. Kinsella) poses several questions in cross-examination.
