Witness: Alex Himelfarb

Commission Counsel Bernard Roy concludes examination of Alex Himelfarb (Clerk of the Privy Council). Mr. Himelfarb confirms Jean Chrétien’s claim that the prime minister was not informed of the contents of the 2004 Auditor General’s report prior to its release. There are short cross-examinations by Pierre Fournier (Counsel for Alfonso Gagliano) and Peter Doody (Counsel for Mr. Chrétien).
