Witness: Gilles-André Gosselin

Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer continues direct examination of Gilles-André Gosselin (the former owner of Gosselin et Associés Communication Stratégique). Mr. Gosselin is asked about projects paid for out of a Public Works and Government Services fund for “unforeseen events.” He is questioned in detail about his agency’s billing practices, including commissions for the purchase of promotional items and sub-contracting to companies owned by members of his family.
