Witness: Luc Lemay

Commission Counsel Bernard Roy concludes examination of Luc Lemay (the owner of Expour and Groupe Polygone). Mr. Lemay reviews invoices sent to Expour by Jean Brault’s Groupaction and recalls correspondence with Charles Guité and Pierre Tremblay. There are brief cross-examinations of Mr. Lemay by Richard Auger (Counsel for Mr. Guité) and Doug Mitchell (Counsel for the Liberal Party of Canada). Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) begins cross-examination.
