Witnesses: Pierre Bibeau, Benoît Renaud

Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) conducts cross-examination of Pierre Bibeau (the former director general of the Société du Parc des Îles). Benoît Renaud (the founder and owner of Art Tellier) testifies. Under direct examination by Commission Counsel Marie Cossette, Mr. Renaud is asked about the awarding of a contract to produce promotional items following a 1999 meeting with Charles Guité and Mr. Renaud’s brother Alain Renaud. There are brief cross-examinations by Doug Mitchell (Counsel for the Liberal Party of Canada) and Jean-Claude Dubé (Counsel for Mr. Renaud).
