Commission Counsel Bernard Roy continues direct examination of Charles (Chuck) Guité (former Director General of the Advertising and Public Opinion Research Sector (APORS) and Executive Director of the Communication Coordination Services Branch (CCSB) at Public Works and Government Services Canada). Mr. Guité is asked about work for St. Joseph Printing subcontracted through David Dingwall’s Wallding International, about a payment from Mr. Guité to Groupe Everest, and about anomalous invoices submitted to the CCSB by Paul Coffin.
