Commission Counsel Marc David continues examination of Maureen Girvan (former manager of the Consular Services Section of the Canadian Consulate General in New York). Ms. Girvan recalls attempts to locate Mr. Arar following his movement out of the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in New York and his deportation to Syria.
