Witness: Nancy Collins

Lorne Waldman (Counsel for Mr. Arar) concludes cross-examination of Nancy Collins (Case Management Officer, Consular Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT)). Discussion focuses on her involvement in Mr. Arar’s case in October 2002. Colin Baxter (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) conducts cross-examination. There is a brief re-examination by Commission Counsel Marc David.
