Marlys Edwardh (Counsel for Mr. Arar) continues cross-examination of former Minister of Foreign Affairs Bill Graham. Discussion focuses on the minister’s own knowledge of Mr. Arar’s mistreatment in Syria. The minister is then cross-examined by Barbara A. McIsaac (for the Attorney General of Canada) on the involvement of Canadian officials following Mr. Arar’s deportation to Syria. Commission Counsel Paul J. J.
