Witness: Wayne Easter

Lorne Waldman (Counsel for Mr. Arar) concludes cross-examination of Wayne Easter (former Solicitor General) with questions focusing on attempts to establish a consensus among Canadian agencies in obtaining the release of Mr. Arar from Syria. Simon Fothergill (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) cross-examines the witness and Commission Counsel Paul J. J. Cavalluzzo conducts a brief re-examination.
