Canadian experts on the oversight of national security agencies speak about review mechanisms for the national security activities of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Discussion focuses on necessary powers and restrictions of review bodies, the makeup of review bodies, means of reporting, and how to balance questions of confidentiality and public accountability.
