Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

The Commission continues to hear closing oral arguments. Richard Dearden makes closing arguments on behalf of the Office of the Auditor General of Canada, reviewing the findings of the Auditor General’s 2004 report, speaking about the awarding of a Tourism Canada advertising contract to BCP, and discussing problems with VIA Rail’s sponsorship of a television program produced by Robert-Guy Scully.
