James Lockyer, a former attorney for Mr. Arar, continues testimony, with Marlys Edwardh (Counsel for Mr. Arar) concluding cross-examination. Barbara A. McIsaac (for the Attorney General of Canada) questions Mr. Lockyer about challenges in providing legal assistance to persons incarcerated abroad and about the role of racial profiling in security investigations.
