Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Inspector Michel Cabana continues testimony. Under direct examination by Commission Counsel Paul J. J. Cavalluzzo, Inspector Cabana speaks about Project A-OCANADA, an Ottawa-based joint-force investigative team, about Mr. Arar’s status as a person of interest to the RCMP, about attempts to interview Mr. Arar in January 2002, and about the RCMP’s willingness to share intelligence on Mr. Arar.
