Commission Counsel Marc David conducts direct examination of Dan Killam (Director General of National Security, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)). He is asked about remarks allegedly made about Mr. Arar during a January 2003 presentation on national security. There is a brief cross-examination by Marlys Edwardh (Counsel for Mr. Arar).
