The Commission hears submissions as part of its mandate to recommend an arm’s-length review mechanism for the national security activities of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). A submission is made by Carla Ferstman (The Redress Trust, the Association for the Prevention of Torture, and the World Organization Against Torture).
