The Commission of Inquiry into the Actions of Canadian Officials in Relation to Maher Arar

Policy Review Public Hearing

The Commission hears submissions as part of its mandate to recommend an arm’s-length review mechanism for the national security activities of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Submissions are made by Warren Allmand (International Civil Liberties Monitoring Group) and Jack Ewatski and Gordon Schumacher (Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police).
