Witness: Richard Neville

The Commission hears testimony from Richard Neville (former Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services, Department of Public Works and Government Services). Under direct examination by Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer, Mr. Neville discusses various reorganizations of communications and advertising staff within Public Works, the different responsibilities assigned to Charles Guité, and Mr. Guité’s involvement in the revision of procedures for awarding advertising contracts.
