The Commission continues to hear testimony from Richard Neville (former Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services, Department of Public Works and Government Services). Under direct examination by Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer, Mr. Neville discusses the involvement of Charles Guité in the revision of procedures for awarding advertising contracts.
