Following a motion by Richard Auger (Counsel for Charles Guité) seeking either in-camera testimony or a publication ban covering Mr. Guité’s testimony, Mark Bantey (Counsel for Bell Globemedia, the Canadian Press, CanWest News Services, Le Journal de Montréal, La Presse, Société Radio-Canada, and Le Soleil), Peter Doody (Counsel for Jean Chrétien), and Brian Saunders (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) make submissions on the motion. Mr. Auger responds.
