Witness: David Myer

The Commission continues to hear testimony from David Myer (former Director General of Procurement in the Communication Coordination Services Branch (CCSB) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services). There are cross-examinations by Richard Auger (Counsel for Charles Guité), Pierre Fournier (Counsel for Alfonso Gagliano), Richard Dearden (Counsel for the Office of the Auditor General), Brian Saunders (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada), and Steven Levitt (Counsel for Mr. Myer), followed by a brief re-examination by Commission Counsel Neil Finkelstein.
